Adeolu Arogundade is the president of The Society for Telemedicine and eHealth in Nigeria (SfTeHIN) GITEX Africa is the continent's biggest tech fair running from April 14 to 16 in Marrakech.
"African leaders and policymakers cannot jump on the bandwagon of technology for the sake of technology," he says.
